Conditions

  • We generally prefer all orders to be placed by 2pm the day before to ensure we can guarantee exactly what you have ordered.
  • On occasions we may have to replace out of stock items with other similar items of similar value. We always attempt to minimise these occurrences.
  • Any orders cancelled on the same day as delivery will unfortunately have to incur a 50% working charge
  • Any deliveries after 3pm maybe be subject to charge to cover the cost of staff overtime and fuel. You will be advised in advance of this.
  • Any weekend deliveries may be subject to charge to cover the cost of staff overtime and fuel. You will be advised of this.
  • We ask that all non-food items, platters, baskets and other equipment is kept ready for collection. We will make a charge for items thrown away or not ready for collection. Retention of these items helps us keep our prices down for you.
